No iPad Version. Only one 14 sec video. Standings and informations about the stages are good. Still a lot of room for improvements.

I like this app from the past years. But now, the complete app is all in French? How can I change the language?

Even worse than last years! We do not get any Dakar coverage here in Canada so I thought this would be netter than nothing. Ill get out my shortwave radio! A waste of money!!! Also seems like it wants two stars at least!!! Why is that? Give me my money back.

Amateurish app for such a great rally. Its an insult to competitors and the "legend".

This wont play the video links on my 3GS phone. Update app today and still no joy with videos. Dont waste your time or money.

Well Im glad to see Im not the only sucker who bought this. Glitchy and incomplete. Ive been waiting for an update to fix the glitches, but with only 4 days left I give up. I hope the author is as embarrassed with his rubbish work as I am for being duped!

theres never enough Dakar coverage on traditional media channels, so I love the idea of getting the app data as it is happening LIVE!! I hate waiting for the lousy half hour daily update from eurosport, which doesnt even begin to answer all my questions about the days stage. the app is mostly working fine for me, not sure why others have complained, perhaps it is because I have not yet updated to ios5? the video links do not work, but that is a small portion of what the app offers, and I can go to the web page on safari for those anyway. there are pages of info on each stage and the competitors rankings are listed by stage, division, and then the overall times to refer to. audio interviews are on there too, the route, and a news feed updates constantly. I hope they continue this app and improve it for next year, can never have enough Dakar! just wish there were more interviews of some of the underdogs, not just frontrunners, and no one seems to mention what happened to the electric car guys? would love an iPad version as I dont have a phone and its better resolution would do the photos justice.... after update for 2013 videos almost work but then the app freezes and I have to delete and reinstall to get it working again ios5.1 now this year the audio doesnt seem to be available and the video still not working but at least Im getting updated with the news and I can see the stage today has an almost 600 m drop in no time at all! wow!

Make an effort. For the content, its poor and only talk about top 5... News are flat... No way to sort them and miss important one. Where is the spirit of the Dakar ? Lost ?

Living in a country that has no TV coverage of the Dakar this app is the only way to see whats going on. Last years app was great but this one is not. Scanty news, no interesting behind the scenes trivia and wheres the daily 30minute update videos?? Better than nothing but you could have done sooo much better!

Note to developers: Give us ability to book mark favourite competitors, teams and avoid searching for them every time one starts the app! Look how Maxis F1 2012 did their app. Its clean, loaded with info and easy to navigate. App should be available internationally at least a month before the event starts!! Dakar always started on Jan 1st, so it was confusing not to see the app available until the new year. (At least it couldve had a message saying "starting on January 5th" "more info in January") Better luck next year!

Slow to load rankings and randomly reloads (slowly), making it painful to browse stats and profiles.

It is good fun to get videos, cool photos and stage details. Pilot list could be sort by national, team etc.

How to change to english language?
